#Foodporn | Canyon Creek

This past Monday, I was invited to Canyon Creek to take part of their Chef’s Table event at their Front street location. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never been to Canyon Creek before – I had only eaten at their affiliate restaurants. I had such a rough day that I almost didn’t make it to the dinner. Upon arrival, I was seated with fellow blogger Stephanie and Alex of ChicSophistic and Andrea Yuen of Food in the City TO. We mingled for a little while before our hosts introduced themselves and set the flow for the evening. We were treated to 6 delicious courses with their respective wine pairings. As a wine-aholic, I thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairings. Each wine selection complimented it’s sister dish to perfection. As a red wine lover, I highly recommend everyone try the Robert Mondavi cabernet sauvignon, which was paired with the filet mignon.
